Lauren was born in Boston but grew up along the ocean in one of the state's most frequently visited historical cities. As a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Lauren majored in Communication and minored in Psychology.
Lauren has an interest in all types of media. While at UMASS, she volunteered her spare time at the university's student-run television station, where she played a key role in writing and anchoring the station's weekly news shows. She also interned at a major Boston radio station and worked with a well known Spanish radio station that represents western New England.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys relaxing on the beach, jet skiing, tubing, and boating. She also loves to cook and travel. Some of her favorite vacation spots include Italy, the Caribbean and Mexico. Lauren's favorite dessert is cannoli, and hopefully one day she will try an authentic one in Sicily, where her family is from.
With a desire to work in the entertainment business and return to her city roots, Lauren accepted AEI Speakers Bureau as her first job out of college and could not be happier.
