SPEAKER REPRESENTATION
You will be automatically rejected if all of the following materials are not included:
1. Current (within the last 12 months) VHS tape or DVD of a presentation in front of a live audience. TV clips and media interviews are not acceptable. All staged videos are immediately rejected. 2. Press kit. 3. Biography including speech topics. 4. Your fee in USD, expressed in net or gross terms. 5. A list of referrals or letters of commendation from groups you've worked with in the last 12 months.

Please note:
- All submissions will be reviewed within 10-12 weeks.
- Materials will not be returned and become property of AEI Speakers Bureau.
- Video tape must be in front of a live audience. TV clips and staged presentations are rejected immediately.
- We will contact you if there is an interest in your program. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we cannot answer questions regarding submissions.
- We base our decision to accept you on the quality of the presentation, audience reaction, and professionalism of the video recording. Many speakers find their video marketing brochure an invaluable promotional tool. Please only send us a video tape or DVD that we can use for promotional purposes.
